As some of you will already have various services in place we have provided an owner information PDF file that contains all of the services we can provide.

For example, you may just require us to market your property and pay us the introduction fee for clients we pass to you.

We realise that some owners do not let out their properties but we can still provide a cleaning and property maintenance service if required.

An added advantage is that we are based on Fairways. This means that we are local and within easy reach for your clients should they have any problems or questions while staying in Tenerife.

We also have links with a local estate agent. If you are thinking of selling your property please let us know and we can advertise your details in the office. Details of commission rates are available on request.
